Meet Coach Rae
Raeyna Woodside-Howard, affectionately known as Coach Rae, is the founder and brain behind Hey, Coach Rae Educational Services. She provides transformative professional development for teachers and school leaders, helping them feel confident, supported, and equipped to nurture curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.
Through keynote speaking, conference presentations, and hands-on workshops, Coach Rae brings practical strategies and meaningful collaboration to educators who are committed to excellence in early childhood education. As a certified CCDC Trailblazer speaker, her approach combines research-based practices with real-world and relatable applications, always keeping the focus on what matters most: helping teachers and leaders discover, explore, and grow.
Coach Rae also runs Mission Star Summer Enrichment Program, a mixed-activities faith-based summer program that balances exploration with clear structure, and shares educational insights through her blog, Deep In My Coach's Bag and YouTube channel, CLASS From the Coach's Eye.
She aims to inspire and empower early childhood educators to elevate the field for future generations—one joyful, developmentally rich classroom at a time.
